The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has opposed the release on bail of five suspects charged with the murder of lawyer Matthew Kyallo Mbobu after they pleaded not guilty before the Kibera Law Courts. The prosecution, led by Jalson Makori, opposed their release, citing new developments in the case, including the arrest of another suspect whose case the DPP intends to have consolidated with the ongoing proceedings.
