Court Declines Bid to Terminate Sh356 Million Theft Case Against Company Director,Honey Khatwani

A Nairobi court ordered the continuation of a criminal case against a company director accused of stealing more than sh356 million from a company where he served in a senior management role. Milimani Chief Magistrate Rose Ndombi dismissed an application by the prosecution seeking to withdraw the case against Honey Khatwani, a director of Oki General Trading Limited, saying the grounds presented were insufficient to warrant the termination of proceedings.
