Brian Torotich Freed On Sh 50,000 Bail After Denying Giving False Information To Police Officer
Brian Kiprop Torotich has been released on Sh 50,000 cash bail after he pleaded not guilty to a charge of giving false information to a public officer. According to the charge sheet, Torotich is accused of knowingly giving false information to a police officer, an offence contrary to Section 129(a) of the Penal Code.
